Daniel Butterfield is an independent multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter, recording artist, and producer/engineer from Burlington, Ontario, Canada. Daniel’s music is a mix of classic-rock and pop-inspired tunes, with a wide range of influences. In addition to playing the standard rock instruments, Daniel is capable of laying down his own horn sections and winds.
Because of a miraculous spiritual encounter that occurred to him in 2016, he has been dealing with a series of schizophrenia-related illnesses that make carrying on a conventional music career a challenge.
In addition to music, Daniel will be presenting material related to his spiritual and intellectual experience.
Currently, Daniel is developing a second album of original music and a book about his experiences. He will also be producing videos of cover songs for YouTube.
Daniel is also open to producing demos and recordings for other artists, mixing tracks for other artists, mastering tracks for other artists, producing beats and samples for other artists, and appearing on other artists’ recordings as a session musician, and additionally, composing original background and incidental music for commercial purposes, including film and video scores.
